You can manage your active subscriptions (Pro, Pathway, or Coaching) directly from the Settings page under the 'Billing & Plans' tab. If the automated portal is ever unavailable, you can instantly cancel by sending a quick email to admin@waytofrench.com.
WayToFrench stores your progress locally on your device to make the app incredibly fast and available offline. If you clear your browser data or use 'Incognito' mode WITHOUT clicking 'Backup to Cloud' in your Settings first, your progress will be lost. Always sync your data!
To save your flashcards, streaks, and grammar progress, go to Settings and click 'Backup to Cloud'. This securely uploads your local database to Firebase. If you switch to your phone or a new computer, simply log in and click 'Restore from Cloud' to download your progress.

No. For our Coaching subscribers, evaluations are done manually by real human experts. We do this to ensure you get accurate, strict, exam-specific feedback (focusing on connectors, structure, and advanced vocabulary) that AI simply cannot provide.
Once you purchase a Speaking or Combo plan, your Coaching page will transform into an active dashboard. From there, you can click the 'Schedule Now' button to book your Google Meet sessions directly on our calendar.
Our Vocabulary and Verb hubs use a smart SRS algorithm. When you review flashcards, the app tracks how well you know each word. Words you struggle with will appear more frequently, while words you know well will appear less often, optimizing your study time.
A .wtf capsule is a fully encrypted file containing your entire local learning database. If you want to backup your data without using the cloud, or want to transfer your progress to a computer without internet access, you can export and import this file via the Settings.
Absolutely! If you currently have the Speaking or Writing plan and want both, simply purchase the Combo plan from the Coaching page. Your account will automatically be upgraded to include all privileges.
Because we use secure Firebase authentication, we cannot see your password. Please log out, return to the Welcome screen, and use the 'Forgot Password' flow (if enabled), or email us at admin@waytofrench.com so we can trigger a manual reset link for you.
