The Alphabet & Sounds: You know the French alphabet and how accents like é, è, and ç change a letter's sound. You also know the golden rule of silent final consonants!
Greetings: You can say Bonjour, Bonsoir, and the casual Salut.
Politeness: You know the magic words: s'il vous plaît, merci, and de rien.
The Verb ÊTRE: You have memorized the foundation of French: je suis, tu es, il est, nous sommes, vous êtes, ils/elles sont.
Introductions: You can say your name with Je m'appelle... and ask for someone else's.
Checking In: You can ask Ça va? and give a variety of responses.
