July 2026 Express Entry Draws — Updated as They Happen
July 2026 is still early, and IRCC has only held two rounds of invitations so far this month. Unlike May and June, neither draw has been a French-proficiency category draw yet — but based on IRCC's pattern of running French draws every 2-3 weeks, one is expected before the month is out. We will update this post as soon as it happens.
Here is every draw confirmed on canada.ca so far in July 2026:

A note on that CRS 708 PNP cutoff: it looks enormous, but a provincial nomination adds 600 CRS points on top of your base score. So a PNP cutoff of 708 really means candidates needed a base score (before nomination) of roughly 108+ — a relatively accessible bar if you already hold a provincial nomination.
July 2026 So Far
- Total ITAs in July (to date): 2,534
- French-proficiency draws so far: 0
- PNP cutoff: 708 (down 22 points from the June PNP round)
- CEC cutoff: 517 (up slightly from June's CEC round, mainly because IRCC cut the invitation count in half, from 4,000 to 2,000)
- Pool size: approximately 235,000 candidates as of early July
Where's the French Draw?
After five straight months of French-proficiency draws dominating ITA volume — including June's record-low CRS 379 cutoff — July's opening week has focused on PNP and CEC-specific rounds instead. This is not unusual; IRCC has historically front-loaded program-specific draws early in a monthly cluster before returning to French and other category-based rounds. Based on the roughly 2-3 week gap since June's last French draw (June 25), a new French-proficiency round is plausible in the coming days, but nothing is confirmed yet.
If you are preparing for TCF Canada or TEF Canada, this pause is a good moment to make sure your NCLC 7 scores are locked in before the next French draw opens the pool again at a low cutoff.
